 Overview: People often think about wellness in terms of physical health — nutrition, exercise, weight management, etc.., but it is so much more. Wellness is a holistic integration of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, fueling the body, engaging the mind, and nurturing the spirit.  During the webinar participants will have the opportunity to learn skills, tools and knowledge to help their mind, body and spirit stay strong and healthy now and into the future. Topics covered include keeping your mind sharp with mind exercises, managing stress and anxiety, stopping negative self-talk, exercise vs active living, sleep, simple yoga and Tai Chi, eating well, living simply, changing the way we think and learning to respect ourselves. 

Online Webinar: The entire webinar will be held online, the session will be delivered using a password secured ZOOM account. As long as you have access to a computer with a camera and microphone, iPad, iPhone or android device you’ll be able to participate.
