Nutrition

The OSFHT nutrition program is run by our Registered Dietitians. In one – on- one appointments, they will teach you diet and lifestyle strategies to manage your health and prevent chronic disease. They will tailor their recommedations to your particular needs.

They can provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to people in all stages of life, from infants to seniors, and can help with conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, cancer, allergies, gastrointestinal problems, and weight management. Dietitians will work with your entire health care team to make sure you are getting the most recent evidence-based information about clinical nutrition.
