Our programs are to help give our patients the resources and a better understanding to live a comfortable lifestyle.
These session are open to anyone who has completed the Healthy Lifestyle Program (formerly called Group Lifestyle Balance (GLB)).
Each session will have a short review of a topic covered during the Healthy Lifestyle Program (GLB), or a new concept related to preventing or managing chronic disease. There will also be time for discussion and Q&A.
These sessions are currently being offered virtually via Webex; you will need an email address and a device (computer, tablet, phone) with a camera and microphone. Class will be held the first Thursday of every month at 4:00-5:00 PM.

Craving Change is an educational program that can help you develop a healthier relationship with food. You will discover why you eat the way you do and learn to take steps to change your problematic eating habits. This is not a weight loss program.

Our registered dietitian and clinical pharmacist will teach you about cholesterol lowering medications and diet strategies to manage your cholesterol and blood pressure.
Class is free but registration is required. To register, please call Program Reception at 519-470-3030 ext. 103. You will receive a link to join the class when you register. Please indicate at the time of registration if your Family Physician is not part of the OSFHT.
